On my nightstand...

When I started reading "The Bronze Horseman" I didn't realize it was book 1 of a trilogy. I loved the book, and book 2 "Tatiana and Alexander" will arrive from Barnes and Noble.com tomorrow! I can literally "lose myself" in this book....I feel like I'm right there in Russia with them.

I have so many new books on my nightstand just waiting to be read, but I had to put them all "on hold" so I can continue the adventures of Tatiana and Alexander!

On my nightstand...

I'm in the middle of this book (it's a LONG one---800+ pages), but can't wait to pick it up and read every night! Set in the Soviet Union during World War II, it is the story of two sisters, Tatiana and Dasha, and their family. Their world is turned upside down when Hitler's armies attack Russia. I love historical fiction...and mix in a love story between Tatiana and a young soldier in the Red Army, Alexander....a great read!

Something to think about...
